Sessions are conducted through MS Teams. This provides a private, secure environment to talk through your concerns from wherever you're comfortable. All you need is a stable internet connection, a device (laptop, tablet, or phone), and a quiet space for the session. I will send you a link to join the meeting at the scheduled time, and we can begin our work together.
Counselling can be effective for many people, but the success of therapy depends on your openness and commitment to the process. It’s important to find a counsellor you feel comfortable with, which is why I offer a chance to discuss your needs before we begin.
Absolutely! Many people feel uncertain about starting counselling, but it’s a space to explore whatever’s on your mind, with no prior experience needed.
Simply ensure you have a quiet, comfortable space with a stable internet connection, and be ready to discuss what’s on your mind. You don’t need to prepare anything formal—just come as you are.

Yes, everything discussed during sessions is completely confidential. The only exceptions are if there’s a risk of harm to you or others, in which case I’ll discuss it with you beforehand.
The number of sessions depends on your personal needs and goals. Some clients benefit from just a few sessions, while others may need ongoing support. We’ll regularly review your progress and adjust accordingly.
I understand that life can get in the way! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice so we can find an alternative time.
Your comfort and well-being are my priority. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, we can take a pause, adjust the approach, or discuss it in the session. It’s important that you feel safe, heard, and respected.
I understand that cost can be a concern, and I aim to make counseling as accessible as possible. If you feel the price is out of reach, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss options. I may be able to offer a reduced rate or flexible payment plan to suit your situation.
