Workshops
I’m passionate about merging Islamic teachings with mental health practices to help individuals find peace, solace, and resilience.
My workshop, "Finding Solace in the Quran and Prophetic Tradition," provides practical insights on how the Quran and Prophetic wisdom can offer emotional strength, guidance, and comfort in challenging times.
Delivered as both a one-off lecture and a series, this workshop empowers Muslims to connect their faith with mental well-being for lasting impact.
Over the years, I have delivered this workshop both as a one-off lecture and as a series at various institutions and organisations, including:
University of Huddersfield
Leeds Beckett University
